I’ve developed and share a unique program based on my Master’s in health promotion management, lifelong passion for healing arts, and current experience as an adjunct instructor at American University. Intuitive Fitness is an adaptable method that celebrates health as a whole-body experience. You will develop a toolkit of multi-disciplinary practices that empowers you to take ownership of your well-being. My holistic approach happens in three steps: Awaken Your Body to foster physical and sensory awareness, Look Your Best to build self-esteem, and Balance Your Lifestyle to break out of isolation.
